MRS. ESTHER OLAMIDE AWORINDE. Chairman. Obtained her first degree (B.Ed) in Biology and later (M.Ed) in Administration and Planning. A seasoned Educationist per excellence. Started her working career as a Teacher. By and large she rose to the level of Principal of two schools respectively in Lagos State before she retired. To her credence also, she held many leadership positions at various times in her working career years. A member of Governing Board of Faith Academy Ota. A member of Board of Nigeria Bookfair Trust and Board member of Methodist Church Nigeria Bookshop. She is the current National President Christian Booksellers Association Nigeria (Nigeria is a member of the world body). She is an experienced administrator and counselor. The Chief Executive Officer of LASE BOOKS. She is currently the chairman/CEO of May Clinics Limited.

DR. EMMANUEL AJIBOLA JEJE – Vice Chairman. He is a Medical Doctor by profession from University of Ife. He is a Consultant Urologist, Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) and a Lecturer, Department of Surgery, College of Medicine, University of Lagos.
A fellow of the National Post graduate Medical College in Surgery (FMCS) also a Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons (FWACS). He attended so many conferences both within and outside the country. He worked with St Mary’s Hospital, London (Urology), Lagoon Hospital, Apapa, Havana Specialist Hospital, Lagos as Visiting Surgeon/Urologist, and presently working with Robertson Medical Centre, Surulere. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Board of May Clinics Limited. He is married with children. |

MAZI SAM I. OHUABUNWA, MON – A Pharmacist by training and an entrepreneur, an industrialist, a distinguished member of the Nigerian Economic Summit, experienced administrator, Chairman of Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals Plc, He sits on the Board of several other Blue Chip companies.
A member of Institute of Pharmacy Management International (M.I Pharm), Member, New York Academy of Sciences, Fellow, Nigeria Institute of Management (FNIM), Fellow, Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (FPSN), Fellow, West African Post Graduate College of Pharmacists (FPC.PHARM), Fellow, Nigeria Institute of Marketing, Member, Vision 20-2020, Business Support Group.
He has held many leadership positions professional/business organizations such as Past Chairman, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Group of MAN (PMG-MAN), Past Chairman, Pharmaceutical/Medical supplies Group of the Nigerian-America Chamber of Commerce, Board Member, Nigerian-America Chamber of Commerce, Member, Governing Council of Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), Patron, Ikoyi Junior Chamber, He was given Honorary Life Patron, Pharmaceutical Association of Nigerian Students (PANS). He has served in public sector as member, Federal Ministry of Information Advisory Committee (1993-94), Co-Chairman, Joint Planning Committee, 9th Nigerian Economic Summit (2002), Chairman, Abia State University Teaching Hospital Management Board (2003-date).
He was given an Award for Excellence – Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, Enugu State, 1994, Also Award for Excellence – Obafemi Awolowo University Alumni Association, Lagos, 1994, ECOWAS International Gold Award – Intra-West Africa Communications, 1999. He is a member of the Order of Niger (MON). Also Grand Patron of African Mathematical Scientists-Awarded at AMUICMS 2003 University of Agriculture, Abeokuta Ogun State. |

MR. T. T. OSOBU – He had his basic and secondary education severally at Ilesha and Lagos, and University education in the USA. He went further to Boston University for his MBA in 1978. He worked with Nestle New York, USA and Nestle Nigeria for 6 years and later joined Nigerian Hoechst Ltd (Now Nigerian Chemical Plc) where he resigned to establish his own company called Jott Industries Nigeria Limited.
A marketer by training and a highly successful industrialist and a philanthropist. He is a Director of several other companies among which are: Board member, May Clinics limited, Board member, Peniel Bethel International Diagnostic Limited. Also Board Member, Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce (NACC), Member, Institute of Directors etc.

MR. P. K OGUNSEITAN –He attended Methodist High School Ilesa where he sat for and passed the West African School Certificate in 1964. He worked briefly at the Nigerian Institute of Economic Research in Ibadan and later Federal Ministry of Labour as a Cooperation inspector. After a one-year course at the Cooperative College, Ibadan from 1965 to 1966, he attended Yaba College of Technology where he studied for the intermediate of his accountancy course. He worked for a brief time at the Nigerian National Oil Cooperation (now NNPC), and later as accountant with Tate and Lyle International Ltd, a sugar manufacturing and marketing company up to December 1976. In 1977, he proceeded to the London School of Accountancy where he completed his studies and obtained his professional accountancy associate status of the Association of Certified Chatered Accountants (ACCA) of England. He was elevated to the higher level of Fellow of the professional body in 1982.
On return to Nigeria in 1979, Mr. Ogunseitan took up employment as Financial Controller with a multinational company, Climax Conveyancer. He however left the company for a multi-national, Rank Xerox Nigeria Limited where he acted in various capacities including Business Strategy & Planning Manager in which capacity he served as Secretary of all operating groups which include Technical, Customer Services, Activity Review, Marketing & Finance. During the period of his stay in Xerox he had the opportunity to work in London and New Zealand branches of Xerox Corporation as International Staff attached to the Planning Group. He eventually left Xerox in 1987 to join another multinational company, Strabag Construction Company Limited as the Financial Controller where he worked till year 2001 when he resigned to engage in Consultancy services with special interest in Project Planning and Management. Mr. Ogunseitan is happily married with three children. He is a committed Christian – a Methodist who has served for many years as Treasurer for his diocese. He loves traveling, listening to music and socializing. |

PRINCE CHARLES UWENSUYI – EDOSOMWAM (SAN) – A distinguished Lawyer and Senior Advocate of Nigeria. He started Private Legal Practice in 1986 after the service year he was given Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in the year 2000. Former Attorney-General, Edo State 2003-2007, he later became the protem and first Chairman of the body of States Attorneys-General. Also a former member Nigeria Council of Legal Education and a member International Bar Association. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Arbitration (UK). Member Nigeria Bar Association. Capital Markets Lawyer Association and was a major mover for much needed capital markets reforms some of which resulted in the establishment of The Invested Securities Tribunal where he had personally litigated many suits on securities and -capital market issues. He is T’Oghobaghase of Benin Kingdom. He is happily married with children.

MR. F. O. OGUNLEYE – Company Secretary. He started his accounting career with the Co-operative Union of Western Nigeria in 1966 and worked as an Auditor for a period of 4 years. He left the employment of the Co-operative in 1971 for Lion of Africa Insurance Company Limited as Accounting Officer. Between 1973 and 1978 he worked with Dorman Long & Amalgamated Engineering Limited as Assistant Cost Accountant and Academy Press Limited as Cost Accountant respectively. He joined the firm of Aluko Joseph, Beadle & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 1979 as a Consultant (Audit/Management Services) and moved on to the position of Audit Manager in 1980.
He left the services of Aluko Joseph, Beadle & Co in 1981 to set up the Financial Consulting firm of Femi, Frank & Co. the firm he managed till date. In 1987, he set up the firm of Olu, Femi Opebiyi & Co. (Chartered Accountants) jointly with a partner. The firms are still thriving well. MR. FRANK OGUNLEYE is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Fellow of Institute of Financial Accountants both in the UK; Member British Institute of Management and Fellow Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria. He is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Ilupeju. He has served as Company Secretary to many companies and Boards.

MR. ABISOLA AWORINDE – Executive Director. An Economist/financial analyst. He has a B.Sc (Hon.) in Economics and a Masters degree in Finance from the University of Leicester, UK. He has acquired vast experience in Management and Administration spanning across various roles in Wema Securities and Finance, Leicester Money Advice UK and British Gas Business UK and recently the former Head, Corporate planning & strategy of May Clinics Limited. Abisola also received the Leicester Award for Employability Skills for Future Managers, an award endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) UK.

Dr. Mrs. Olufunmilola Francis-Adedeji – Dr Olufunmilola Francis-Adedeji (nee Aworinde) is a physician with 10 years post graduation experience in the medical field. She got her secondary education at Queen's College,Yaba Lagos and her medical training was at the University Of Ibadan/University College Hospital(U.C.H) in Oyo State. Dr Francis-Adedeji began her residency in the radiology department in Lagos State University Teaching Hospital(LASUTH) and relocated to the United States where she is the Executive Director of the Household of Grace Ministries; a non-profit organization based in Houston,Texas. She is married to Rev Francis Adedeji and blessed with two energetic boys. |
